Taking the time to get to know your property: our staff will come and introduce themselves and get a feel for your home. This in turn means that our staff speak confidently about your property to potential buyers and you’ll know exactly who is working hard to sell your property.

Being kept informed: with feedback on all viewings within 48 hours and regular weekly updates, you will always know where you stand throughout the sales process.

We don’t want to waste your time or money: so we stringently qualify each offer we receive and provide effective partnerships with local financial advisors at no cost to the client.

The Property Ombudsman (TPO)   

Peace of mind is essential when moving so the TPO provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes when buying residential property in the UK and, where applicable, will make an appropriate award of financial compensation.

Therefore, if you feel that you have been disadvantaged by the actions or inactions of Morris and Bott, you have access to an independent dispute resolution service and can be certain of receiving a fair and reasonable judgment at all times.
