Morris and Bott named as UK agent of the week for outstanding customer service.

When Morris and Bott was still on the drawing board and the eye catching ‘Spoken For’ was just a mere glint in our eye, we knew that we never wanted to sell every house in North Devon. We always wanted to work with an intimate portfolio of good quality homes from starter homes to homes with something that makes them extra special, we knew that in this great part of the world we are not short of estate agents, so knew that we had to always do that bit extra.

With a strong background within customer service and marketing we always felt that these elements would be key to Morris and Bott standing out in a a crowded market place and for us to make a real difference. At the tender age of a year old we are over the moon to even be considered, let alone to actually be awarded this prestigious accolade.

What has delighted us most about this award is that it’s not about the sheer number of reviews that you gain, it’s about the reviews themselves, and the way Rateragent work is that only fully verified and bonafide reviews pass their rigorous checking process.

This builds on the success that we enjoyed in December achieving Bronze in Rateragents – Devon Agent of the Year.
