Its Not Too Late

As I am sure you will have been aware, here at Morris and Bott, in order to celebrate the launch of our exciting new estate agents in Bideford, we were going to give 3 lucky vendors a commission free sale over our first three months of trading. Any property that registers in either March, April or May will go into a free prize draw for that month, and 1 lucky winner will be selected at random to receive the commission free sale, to say thank you for putting your faith in us.

I would like to personally congratulate Mr & Mrs Dean our March winners who will not have to pay a penny for the sale of their charming property in Appledore. A big thank you to them both for also being such good sports and coming in for their photo shoot in our Bideford office.
